Corporate Procurement Director, Corporate Procurement Policy and Compliance Manager, Logistics Manager, Negotiation Specialist and all aspects of buying, supply chain management and corporate governance are job experiences in my career. Extensively familiar with FAR, DFAR, and Federal Procurement regulations and practices including CAS requirements and contractor purchasing system reviews and audits. In both my USAF and civilian careers I held the top acquisition management position for corporations as well as Inspector General and oversight positions. I frequently interacted with Generals in the Air Force and corporate presidents in the civilian world in achieving goals, discussing inspection findings and negotiating contracts.

Procurement and Property Policy and Compliance Officer, Contract Services Manager, Corporate Subcontract Terms and Conditions Counsel Member, Procurement Evaluation Re-engineering Team (PERT) Reviewer, Commercial Procurement Manager, and Private Law Practice. My varied experience has allowed me opportunities to help develop contracting systems, procurement policies and procedures as well as contract terms and conditions for major companies. The goal of these efforts was to incorporate best commercial practices into federally approval procurement systems. I have also participated in review and assessment of federally approved procurement systems to assure regulatory and contractual compliance.
